What We Handle

Six workstreams. One founder. Zero handoffs.

Free Zone Company

For businesses whose clients, suppliers, or operations live outside the UAE: international trade, consulting, e-commerce, technology, IP holding, media, financial services. Forty-plus free zones across the Emirates, each tuned to different business types. DMCC for commodities. DIFC and ADGM for financial services and funds. IFZA and Meydan for cost-efficient general trade. twofour54 and Sharjah Publishing City for media and creative. We place you in the zone that matches your activity, licensing requirements, and tax position. 100% foreign ownership. 0% corporate tax on qualifying free-zone income (per current UAE tax framework). Visa eligibility tied to your license and office footprint.

Mainland Company

For businesses that need to trade directly with the UAE domestic market: retail, food & beverage, contracting, professional services, and anything selling to UAE residents or the government. Since 2021, 100% foreign ownership on most activities. No local sponsor required. What you do need: the correct license activity code, the right jurisdiction (DED, DDA, and others depending on emirate), and an office address that meets Ministry of Economy requirements. A mainland license opens the full UAE market: Federal and local government contracts, direct B2C retail, and unrestricted trade across all seven emirates.

Offshore Company

For holding assets, structuring cross-border investments, owning real estate, or consolidating IP, with no operational presence required in the UAE. JAFZA Offshore, RAK ICC, Ajman Offshore. No physical office needed. No UAE residency needed. Not permitted to trade directly with the UAE market. These structures exist specifically for international holding, inheritance planning, and asset protection. Used by family offices, UHNW individuals, and international groups building a UAE-resident holding structure without relocating.

Residency Visas

Employment visas, investor visas, partner visas, family sponsorship, and dependent visas, structured around your company setup and personal circumstances. Standard UAE residency visas require entry to the country within six months of issuance. Golden Visa (see below) does not. We manage the full process: medical fitness, Emirates ID, visa stamping, dependent applications. Turnaround depends on visa category and applicant origin; we’ll give you a realistic timeline at consultation.

PRO Services

The bureaucracy layer: government documentation, approvals, attestations, MOFA stamping, court certifications, trade license renewals, immigration amendments. The work most firms subcontract to junior staff or external runners. We do it ourselves, because the quality of your documentation follows you for the life of your UAE presence. A single misfiled document discovered three years later can unwind a visa, a banking relationship, or a sale.

Banking Assistance

Introductions, documentation preparation, and application guidance for corporate banking relationships across UAE’s major banks. Mehul spent ten years inside UAE banking before founding StarGollden, at RAK Bank and First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB). That background informs how we prepare your banking documentation, how we advise on bank selection, and which relationship managers we recommend you meet. We do not open accounts on your behalf. That remains the bank’s decision. What we do is ensure you arrive at the meeting prepared, paired with a relationship manager who’s seen files like yours, and positioned for a clean application.

How We Work

Five stages. Three weeks, typically. No surprises.

STEP 1

Consultation

A 15–30 minute call with Mehul to discuss your business, timeline, tax situation, and residency goals. He recommends the right setup (free zone, mainland, offshore, or a combination) and explains your available Golden Visa pathways. No pressure and no obligation.

STEP 2

Structuring

We prepare your company setup strategy, including jurisdiction, license activity, office requirements, visa allocation, and banking sequence. Before anything moves forward, you review and approve the full structure, costs, and implementation plan.

STEP 3

We Handle Everything

We manage document preparation, attestations, authority submissions, license issuance, Emirates ID processing, residency visas, and banking paperwork. You provide the required documents once. We take care of the entire execution process afterward.

STEP 4

Banking Assistance

After your license and Emirates ID are issued, we prepare your banking file and connect you with relationship managers suited to your profile. We guide the preparation process carefully while the final banking decision remains with the institution.

STEP 5

You're Operational

Your company, residency, and banking relationships are fully active and ready to operate. All documentation is organized and archived, while Mehul remains your direct contact for renewals, amendments, additional visas, and future business expansion across the UAE.

Why I Built This

A letter from Mehul A. Soni, Founder

There are two kinds of UAE business setup firms.

The first is a call center. You dial a number, someone reads from a script, you get quoted a figure, and your file joins a queue behind hundreds of others. You get your license eventually. You save some money. You also spend three weeks chasing updates on WhatsApp, discover a missed requirement a month in, and end up paying a second firm to fix what the first one missed.

The second kind is what I built StarGollden to be.

I came to the UAE in 2010 from a banking career, speaking four languages that map almost exactly onto the client base that built modern Dubai. I spent the first decade of my time here working inside the financial system every company on Sheikh Zayed Road runs through. I learned the real rules, not the ones in the brochures. I learned which desks move files and which desks delay them. I learned when free zone is right, when mainland is right, and when a client actually belongs offshore.

Then I opened StarGollden to do it differently.

When you sign with us, you get me on the phone. Not a junior consultant. Not an account manager. Not a chatbot. Me. I review your situation personally. I recommend a structure. I walk your file through the system. If you’re an entrepreneur, I’ll tell you the truth about what your business actually needs, not what earns us the largest margin. If you’re a family office or a relocating executive, I’ll structure your setup with the discretion your life requires.

This is not scalable. That is the point.

We are not the cheapest firm in Dubai. We are the firm you hire when the setup matters: when the tax position matters, when the visa timeline matters, when the banking assistance matters, when you need the kind of execution that doesn’t generate any of its own drama.

If that sounds like the engagement you’re looking for, book fifteen minutes with me. You’ll know within ten whether we’re the right fit.

And if we’re not, that’s fair too. I’ll point you toward a firm that is.

Founder, StarGollden

15 Years

A decade and a half isn’t just a timeline; it’s a blueprint. We’ve been in the room as the UAE’s landscape was built, turning 5,000+ days of local presence into the direct authority access your business needs today.

5,000+

Five thousand success stories aren’t just statistics. A foundation of our network. We’ve guided thousands of entities through the system, ensuring each one moved from a file on a desk to a fully operational business.

4 Languages

With mastery of the primary languages driving the Dubai Chamber, we navigate the human side of business setup and provide direct access to the UAE’s most active business corridors.

The Golden Visa

Your UAE residency without the requirement to show up.

Most UAE residency visas require the holder to enter the country within six months of issuance. The Golden Visa does not.

That distinction matters. It means a Golden Visa can sit quietly in your documentation, a standing residency option you can activate on your terms, whether you intend to relocate this year or five years from now. For family offices, UHNW individuals, and executives balancing multiple jurisdictions, the Golden Visa offers strategic optionality that no other UAE visa category provides.

Eligibility covers investors (public and private), entrepreneurs, specialized talent (doctors, scientists, engineers, exceptional students), property investors above specific thresholds, and individuals with outstanding humanitarian or cultural contributions.

Duration: 5 or 10 years, renewable. Includes family and domestic staff sponsorship.

We assess eligibility against the current UAE framework, structure the supporting documentation, and handle the application end-to-end through the appropriate authority.

Book Fifteen Minutes.

Tell us where you are in the process: researching, ready to set up, or comparing firms. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours with next steps tailored to where you are.

Questions We Get, Answered Honestly
