StarsGolldenZone is the trading name of Stars Gollden Zone Documents Clearing Services LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), a company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under Dubai mainland trade license no. 1186141. We provide company formation, residency visa, and banking assistance services. You can reach us at info@starsgollden.com.
2. Scope
This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website at starsgollden.com, how we use it, and your choices. It covers the website only.
3. What we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us.
- Contact form. When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide. Name and email are required; phone and message are optional. You submit this voluntarily to request assistance.
That is the only personal data we collect through the website. We do not require you to create an account, and the website does not take payments.
The "Find Your Perfect Setup" quiz. Our recommendation quiz runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are used only on your own device to generate a suggested setup. They are anonymous, they are not sent to us or to any third party, and they are not stored or retained.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use functional storage only. The website saves your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage so the site can remember it on your next visit. This is not used to track you.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies at this time. We may introduce analytics in the future. If we do, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy before any such cookies are set.
5. How we use your data
We use the contact details and message you submit to respond to your enquiry, and to provide the business setup assistance you request. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
6. Service providers
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, only to run the website and respond to you.
- Resend (email delivery). When you submit the contact form, your enquiry is delivered to us by email through Resend, which processes the contents of your submission in order to deliver that email.
- Amazon Web Services (hosting). Our website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS Amplify and Amazon CloudFront), which processes technical data such as your IP address and request information in standard server and content-delivery logs.
Some of these providers may store or process data outside the UAE. To protect the contact form from abuse, our own server briefly holds your IP address in memory to limit repeated submissions from the same source; it is not shared with any third party.
7. How long we keep it
We keep the enquiry details you send for as long as needed to respond to you and to provide the services you request, and after that for as long as required by law.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is inaccurate, or delete it. To make a request, email us at info@starsgollden.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above.
